Milio Ruando is a French DJ, a figurehead of Toulouse's electro scene (France), renowned for his quest for raw, hard-hitting techno.Capable of delivering high-intensity sets, Milio tells his own story behind the decks.

His fluid transitions between trance, hard, techno and acid captivate audiences, keeping dance floors in tension with unexpected musical turns.

He has shared line-ups with legends such as Jeff Mills, Space 92, Sam Paganini, Kölsch, Reinier Zonneveld, Floorplan, Massano, reinforcing his reputation as a versatile and reliable artist.

Co-founder of the Plein Phare collective, Emilien Jouando, his real name, has helped unite thousands of fans in Toulouse and beyond. Known for its community spirit and events, Plein Phare embodies Milio Ruando's devotion to authenticity in the electronic scene.

In 2024, Milio begins a new step with a peak-time techno EP that promises to establish him as a rising force on the international scene.His sporting past and his passion for cycling in his native countryside lead him to open this new musical chapter : “Ride with me”.

This EP is an invitation to follow him, discover his rich universe and share his values and music with him. In collaboration with artists such as Frankyeffe, he channels his passion into tracks that reflect his taste for risk-taking.
